How to invite players

Who it is for: organisers who have created a tournament.

What you will get: everyone signed up and a list that updates live.

  1. “Share” → WhatsApp → your group. A message with the tournament card and link goes to the group.

  2. Players join themselves, with or without the app. The dashboard list updates immediately.

  3. If you are playing too, tap “I’m playing too”.

  4. If someone has no phone, add them by name.

  5. If everyone is at the club without WhatsApp, show the dashboard QR code for them to scan.

If something goes wrong

  • A player has the wrong name or appears twice. Tap the player → “Edit or remove”.
