Who it is for: anyone who wants to understand their number.

What you will get: an understanding of where your level comes from and why it changes.

  1. Open your rating by tapping the number on the home screen.

  2. A number from 0 to 7 and the change from your last match. Below it is “Verified · 24 sets with 9 players” or “Provisional · 4 of 10”.

  3. Chart: the last 30 days, six months or all time.

  4. “How it adds up”: your recent sets, partners, opponents, scores and how much each set added or took away.

  5. “Interesting facts”: percentage of games won, best partner and toughest opponent. Only you can see this.

  6. How it is calculated. By sets, using games within each set: 6:4 means 60% of the games. An unfinished set also counts, with less weight. Follow “How the rating is calculated” for the full explanation.

If something goes wrong

  • Your rating did not change after a match. Someone has not scanned the QR code or has disputed the score. The match is in “My matches” but does not affect ratings.
  • There is no chart yet. The screen says “The chart appears after two counted games”. There is no “Retry” button. If the chart did not load: “Couldn't load this. Check the connection.” and “Retry”.
  • You do not want to show your exact number. Settings → Privacy → “Show exact number”: other people will see a range of 0.5. You cannot hide your rating entirely: it keeps matches fair and trustworthy.
